210 OUTRAGE Raw Water Wash Down
I am in Beaufort, SC. I recently purchased a 2005 Outrage 210. It is powered by a 200 Verado of the same year with only 195 hours on it. It was kept in dry stack the entire time. The only thing I can find not working is the raw water wash down. I want to fix that. I am just learning how to do things on the boat. Any tips appreciated.

When you energize the electrical circuit that operates the pump for the raw water wash down do you hear the pump run?

Did you open the sea cock connecting the pump inlet hose with the raw water source? The sea cock will be mounted inside the hull at the bottom of the bilge usually near the transom. It can be a stretch. Is your Outrage equipped with a live bait well? If so, have you checked the bait well pump? It's not uncommon for the bait well and wash down systems to share a pump and sea cock. At any rate the pump(s) are likely protected by a circuit breaker at the helm. Your owners manual should show you which breaker it is, on my boat it is the "Accessory" breaker.
