Q1: where can a drawing be found that shows the details of the sump cover on a c.1998 OUTRAGE 18?

I've tried searching for the specifications for a 1998 OUTRAGE 18 sump cover, but I came away empty handed.

Yes I am. I do not currently have one. I guess I'd be willing to purchase one that fits instead of making one, but I haven't seen any that fit thus far.
