If you do find those CD-ROMs, be careful using them in a slot-loading reader. I can speak from experience: the thicker media used on those CD-ROMs can be fatal to a slot-loading modern CD-DVD drive.

It is extremely unlikely that there is any canvas maker who has patterns for your boat. You will need to have the canvas made locally by a canvas artisan who will fit it to your boat. Wet sand with WD40. Also try hydraulic steering fluid. Whenever I've seen hydraulic steering fluid spill on black vinyl, it seems to be very good at restoring the color.
