ICON Pro Initialization Choice: G1 or G2

Q1: for an Evinrude ICON Pro RPM gauge that present an option to initialize for either G1 or G2 E-TEC engines, which choice should be selected?

When initializing an ICON Pro RPM gauge that offers a choice of E-TEC G1 or E-TEC G2 settings, choose the setting that matches the engine the ICON Pro RPM gauge will be used with.
