jimh--thank you for the reply. I have seen those [rod holders], and I possess the skills and equipment to make them in the shop for considerably less.

I want to say Joe Kritz over at WhalerCentral had drawings, but that site has been 404-NOT FOUND unreachable for quite some time.

How would you make the white tubes with the flared ends that are the main part of the rod holder?

If you could deduce the length of the those tubes, you could scale the rest of the components based on the tubes.
