Need Advice on Boat Restoration

Give me advice on how to restore a 1988 OUTRAGE 20 with 2003 HONDA 225-HP engine as my first project of this type.
BACKSTORY
I just purchased a 1988 OUTRAGE 20 with a 2003 HONDA 225-HP engine.
The engine runs beautifully. The hull needs sanding and filling.

Please start a new thread and ask for advice on a SPECIFIC topic. The term “restoration” is much too broad to generate a useful discussion.
