I have a 1995 Outrage 21. Same seat. My stern seat was in bad shape. Whaler pointed me to the company below as the ones who have the drawings, materials and techniques to manufacture or repair Whaler upholstery. She can make a replica of your original stern seat. Not sure about the swim platform, probably someone else. Below info was tagged at the bottom of e-mail correspondence a couple of years ago, hope and assume it is current but I think a hurricane went through her area between then and now, hope they are ok and still there.

In regard to swim platforms, contact Boston Whaler Customer Service to discover the particular vendor or model of swim platform used on a 1994 Boston Whaler OUTRAGE 24. I suspect that the swim platform may not have been a consumer-off-the-shelf (COTS) items.
