1989 SPORT Reinstall Remote Control Housing

I unscrewed the right hand throttle housing on my 1989 SPORT [of unspecified length]. Getting the screws out was difficult. When finally the screws were out, I think the three nuts on the inside of the fiberglass wall must have fallen off.

[I am] now trying to attach back the housing. There are no captive nuts on inside. I cannot reach up inside with my hands to get the nuts in the cavity.


[I am] thinking about some way to reattached the throttle to wall.

In 1989 a Boston Whaler boat was probably not fitted with an engine by Boston Whaler. The boat may have been pre-rigged at the factory with rigging for a certain brand.
