Where can the specifications and drawings for the mahogany seats and console for a c.1972 13-foot Boston Whaler boat be found?

I don't know of a source for the specifications of the seats and their wood. In c.1972 the wood was probably high-grade mahogany boards, using 5/4-thick.

Usually drawings showing details of the construction of c.1972 Boston Whaler boats come from Boston Whaler customer service. Contact Boston Whaler customer service and see if they have the drawings you are seeking. If they have the drawings, they usually are able to email them to you at no charge.
