Hi every one

I thought I would share with you my up coming winter project. Its a 1975 outrage 20 (19-4"to be exact). I'm not sure what the Navy used it for just yet, but I'm going to try to look into that. The rear ID number has been replaced with a replacement given by some goverment office, I think it was damaged in the the general area and new id number was given to it. I'm going to search and see if I can find the second number.

Other than that there is some damage to the hull and its in the process of drying out.The other area that is bogggeling me is the fuel tank area someone did some hack job to the deck cover and a area below the tank.

Anyway if any one knows much about military whalers, or fule tank placement I would like to here from you.

I,m planing to take some befor photos and post them on the forum this fall. see you then.

That model boat was called a 19 Outrage, offered from 1974 to 1978.

Thats what I thought too, but on US Dept Navy plaque the boats labled as a 20 FT UTILITY BOAT so I assumed it was a 20 ft outrage. Thanks for clearing that up.
