I am looking at a 1988 15' center console with blue bottom paint. Is this paint original or aftermarket?

Do you mean the inside is blue or the outside hull bottom is blue? In either case, it was not put on at the factory.

The outside bottom is dark blue,just below the waterline.

It may have been put on by the dealer, for the purchase, but it's not factory.
