Zack	posted 11-07-2000 05:46 PM ET (US)         I just bought a 1965 Nauset w/1978 Merc 90. I found it in a barn about 5 miles from home. It has been setting in the barn since 1982. Except for 18+ years of dirt, it appears to be in excellant shape. The original owner put her up in 82 when he started hunting instead of fishing. Not sure if I will be able to get the engine going again after sitting that long, but I will give it a try. I will send Jim some before and after pictures after I get it cleaned up and see what I really have. This will make a nice companion for the 1966 Nauset that I finished earlier this year. I'm so excited because I love these old boats that I need to tell someone other than the wife. She is not as excited as I am.
