Well, guys, I'm beginning to wonder if I'm a whalerholic. I just made a "shot in the dark" bid on ebay for another classic Whaler--a 1984 13 footer with a 40 merc and a nice trailor with new rubber and lights that work. I won the bid at $2325. Boy was I suprised, even more so when the boat was as represented--Cherry. Now, for the best part--My bride said she thought I made a great buy!! This comes from a woman whose husband already has two 16-7 Whaler's in his driveway along with an 18 foot duck boat. Should I suspect anything. . . ? Cheers. JimU

Hell yeah you should suspect something! You're wife is probably keeping company with a Sea Ray salesman on the side. Hey, it could be worse -- she could be spending time with Whaler Guy! ; )
