posted 04-26-2001 01:22 PM ET (US)         Hi All, I'm looking for some small parts for my 89 Sport and was wondering if they were available commercially. I'm looking for the electrical junction block, want original so I can use original mounting. Why would they put steel screws into a bakelite and stainless steel junction block? So they could sell more J-Blocks, I suppose. I am also looking for the cabinet clips that receive the posts in the storage area under and behind the drivers bench (they, weakly, keep the door closed). There are no MFR markings on either item. I have looked a www.whalerparts.com, but there is nothing showing an 89 parts list or the items I am looking for. Can anyone tell me where I can find the parts list for my boat? Also, the tag says that it is a Sport but it has the same cabinetry as the Super Sport in the picture on this site, could this actually be a Super Sport? Originality is key for this restoration.
