I'm trying to purchase a cover for my '89 13' with a bow rail. Ther capacity plate says Sport but the pictures on this site under "models" show it as a Super Sport. This has an impact on the cover. Can anyone tell me which to trust more or how to tell from the ID number?

Thanks
mmeany

The Supersport has the full rail, larger console with wheel attached vertically, and storage locker to rear of helmsman's seat.
As I said mine is a 1988 Supersport with all documantation indicating same; never the laess the capacity plate says model: Sport.
So order for the Supersport and you will be fine.

Where are you getting cover from.

Cover Quest. Its a Westland Sharkskin for about $260, 3 week lead time. This was the only place I could find on the internet that clearly offered custom Westland covers for the boat. Cabella's and Overton's also carry this line but I wasn't getting the timely service I needed through them so I figured I would take a chance with Cover Quest.
The boat will be pulled after every use and only trailered for about 1/2 mile one way. Winters (NE) it will be in a storage barn. I'm expecting this will more than suffice.
