Hello,
I have an Outrage, no cuddy, with twin 120's.
I tow it occassionally with my '96 Bronco, 5.8 with towing package(tranny cooler, front and rear anti-sway bars, OD override etc.). It is rated for 7000lbs. I would not tow my boat with anything less, the vehicle would suffer I think. I believe that a fullsize 4 door would be the ticket for extended use. I am considering some LevelLoad helper springs to handle the tongue weight. Your boat would be heavier I believe.

We towed our 22 Outrage (lighter), ok with one of the 80's Cutlasses without a problem. With the Revenge being heavier to start with, plus twins, I'd lean toward a standard size pickup. With a standard size, you could forgo the more exotic hitch setups, just make sure the trailer has brakes and a towing package on the truck. One of the advantages of concentrating on a pickup, was that many of them came factory equipped with a medium weight towing package from the factory, where larger cars didn't, and therefore will need mods.

Your looking at about 3700lbs, not including trailer. You'll need a tow vehicle capable of towing 5000lbs. Most full frame SUV's are rated at at least 5000lbs towing.

I tow my 22 Revenge on a tandem trailer with surge brakes using a V8 Explorer equipped with a Class III frame hitch. I don't tow it more than about 40 miles all year. If I were towing long distances or frequently, I'd consider getting a full size SUV like the Tahoe, Surburban, or Expedition.
