spent a great amont of time reading past posts and I seem to remember one from bigz about a source for teleflex seastar kits for under $700. Of course I can't locate it now that I want to retrofit. Can anyone help with a best price source? John |

John an operation in Daytona called Surplus Unlimited used to have pretty good prices. This was Clark Roberts source for his Seastar system though haven't a clue today how competitive they are but they do stock a full line plus parts http://www.surplusunlimited.com/welcome.htm ckeck them out. Also, very helpful this past year on repacement parts for the older systems which I rebuilt on one of our 27's. TZ |

bigz, Great response! I called Surplus Unlimited yesterday and ordered the Seastar kit for $725. That's $100 less than anywhere else I've seen it. People there were very helpful in picking out the correct cable length for my 21 outrage, and the correct cylinder for my Mariner 115. Now, if it will only go together as easily. Thanks for your help. John |
