posted 06-25-2002 02:51 PM ET (US)         I oen a 1978 21" Outrage and am having problems with the forward deck drain which is located just aft of the fish box. It is stopped up and all attempts to free it have failed. I can run a flex cleanout tool only about 4 feet into it before hitting an obstruction. This is approximately in the area of the console. I have no knowledge as to where this particular drain empties. I need to try to clear it from the stern end. Any help will be appreciated.I do not want to close off this drain, but may have too.
