posted 07-06-2002 07:39 AM ET (US)         I was recently given a 1972 19 ft outrage by my fater-in-law. The problem is that it was never taken care of. I sent the boat to a friend who works for a sea-ray dealer doing hull repairs and have the boat repainted in allgrip. However I would like to purchase a new seat cover for the seat. The seat is the kind that flips forward and back, but I have called the local Whaler dealers and they couldn't help me. Does anyone know where I could find a new seat for this boat? I am also having the 1978 175hp. Johnson repainted in allgrip and would like to know where I can find new decals for the motor or even have some made? I have one final question regarding my hardware, now that the boat looks brand new the deck fittings need some attention. I was told to have the fittings nickel plated verses chrome, does ayone agree?
