Hi, thought I would take a moment to introduce my self. My name is Logan and I live in South East Alaska. I have mostly grown up on boats and in particular whalers. I recently decided to get a boat. There was no choice but a whaler. my first choice would have been a 15 as I wanted small size but the v of the 15, however you usuly have to sell your first born child to get a 15 in this area and I don't have kids. so I have brought home my 13 foot powered by an old and tired 40 suzuki. anyway houdy to you all

thanks for welcome, the whaler is of unknown year at this point in time. i dont rightly remember the hull number at this time. when I got it all the wood was bad and it was a little damp in the foam. it spent a month in my garage standing upright geting refinished. she is uggly and still needs to loose a few pounds, kind of like its owner. right now it has an old 40 suzuki and a console from a ski barge. hull is all white and cockpit and deck are battleship gray with spots of 5200 here and there. mostly used to get me out of town and out on the water. Juneau is about 4 hours away if i can make 25 knots. logan |

Logan, welcome aboard. Whalering is a passion. Some start with really big boats, some with smaller whalers. Some start with new boats, some with used hulls and motors. The main thing is that you started with a hull that has the highest probability of bringing you back safe to your family and friends. once again, Welcome aboard. |
