I recently purchased this package and would like to hear from those who have experience with a similar outfit. Performance, sea keeping, and maintenance information would be appreciated.

I second Stephens comments.

Try your question under the post classic section of the forum-that is where the newer boat owners lurk.

AAppler--In as much as your boat is a 2003 model, I don't know if the readers of the forum will have much experience to share with you.

The best place to discuss Boston Whaler boats that were initially designed after 1990 is in the Post-Classic Forum.

Please repost there. And be sure to let us know how the boat is performing in your estimation, too.

Do I detect some envy from those first 2 responses?

No, just some old fashion common sense AA. Is the third A missing or is it just AA ;-)? Welcome aboard!
Regrads, Jay

APPLer- In light of the nasty email u sent me, I think you will fit it well here--always room for one more!

But you did raise a good point--I havw always wondered whether there was a bit of financial envy in that, per Aesop: It is easy to scorn what you cannot get. But who knows? I like the old and the new and enjoy and appreciate those here willing to share knowledge with me.

Hey once in reposne to a question I posted, a guy called me form Iowa (?) to explain to a stone head like me what I could not understand in writing.

Email me anytime.

Welcome.

Well I would agree that there may be some envy on this forum.......probably not over a 21 outrage! There are some of us here with 28 Conquest, 21 outrage, 13 sport and a montauk on the way......hmmmm

fair enough, Dlaw, but 65k for a outrage 21 is 6x the price of a "classic" outrage. (do they really go for 65k?)

Dad has 43 hatteras motor cruiser somewhere down there, together with Bonanza plane, but has NO heart for his grandkids (they have a catholic mother, you know and italian at that!)
