I just thought I would add a little fuel to the fire. I have spent some time on a 36' Grand Banks cruising the Louisiana coast. It is a very comfortable boat with forward and aft cabins. Galley space is ample and it is well laid out. The forward and aft decks are roomy, but you might have trouble putting anything larger than a dingy on board. We towed a smaller boat on most or these trips and it did fine. Very seaworthy, but high maintence as most boats are. Good luck.
