jokor3	posted 09-11-2003 09:34 PM ET (US)         I have a 1989 Striper with 2 seats that I would like to know if they are original equipment. The cooler has been enlarged and a matching cushion is on it. The cushions seem to be very close in color to the desert tan hull and have a dark brown trim around their edges about 3/4 dia. of a pencil. The cushion on the cooler is exactly the same. Any ideas?

Tom W Clark	posted 09-12-2003 11:25 AM ET (US)             jokor3, Lois Hall can reupholster an existing seat for you with original colored upholstery but she cannot sell you an original replacement seat. I do not know who the OEM of those seats was, but I suspect Joe Kriz might. He has (or had) one in the bow of his Montauk and has done extensive research on the OEM seats in Whalers.
