Great site!
Have been lurking and have to thank all for guidance in getting a 1987 15 CC with a 70 Yamaha
Need advice on upgrades - basically trying out boat & learing and seeking guidance on improvements.
1) Yamaha is mounted std flat on transom
Need Jack plate Recommendation
2) Prop is Yamaha 13/21 stainless and RPMs are max at 4800
Need prop recommendation (why would someone prop this way)
3) Steering is old teleflex
Need steering upgrade recommendation
4) Any advice on CC lifting and Console Rail installation

hi greg ...
i worked with a guy that sells on ebay all the time ... he made me a nice cc grab rail and a short bow rail for a reasonable price when everyone else was sky high ... imho huge improvement ....
i also a seat pad that was about $120 but a huge butt saver ...
considering raising my console too (4-6 inches), but i have no gems to pass on as yet ...
fun boats ...
