I see many Sailfish boats in my area. Does anyone know about the quality of this line of boats. Most around here are rigged with Yamahas.

I don't own one, but know they are ONLY sold with Wamahas. I have seen a few in Maryland waters. Would like to hear something about them as well.

Cairo, GA builder. Cheap labor, so expect the same. Get you on the water for a lot fewer bucks than a Whaler. Not a bad boat, but not a Whaler.

Check out SeaCraft boats, www.classicseacraft.com, and research Potter built hulls. A wealth of knowledge. zot.

Sailfish boats are known as a cheap boat. You can`t go wrong with a classic Seacraft, They were ahead of their time back in the day.

FP,
Absolutely! But it must be a classic. Just like current Makos, the new ones just don't measure up.
