I thought my experience today with Blue Sea Systems was noteworthy and worth sharing. Having misplaced the cover for my BSS model 5026 fuse block, I was unsuccessful locating a replacement cover through the many online vendors of their products. I called Blue Sea Systems customer service to inquire where I might purchase a cover as I had lost my old cover. The woman responded she would be glad to help me directly, took my name and address, and politely told me it was in the mail. When I asked how I was to pay for it, she said there was NO CHARGE. Now that's customer service! Now that I am considering a new battery management system, I have narrowed the selection of brand to one.

I have many conversations with there tech support and application engineers. Always figured out work-arounds, and even applied competitor products when they didn't have product that would work.
They have my vote. (And they local - PNW.)

I've always been very impressed with the quality if BlueSea System products, and have used them primarily in the current re-wire of my 1984 18' Outrage. I've never had the need to contact them, but this is very good information to hear.

I haven't personally used any of their products, but everyone that I have talked to who has has been very impressed with the quality of the product and the support.
