I want to change my steering setup to seastar hydraulic from the original steering on a Merc 1987 or 1988 150 hp 2stroke.
Really not sure what year?
Is this possible?
Someone told me I would need "fender washers" to make this happen.
Any suggestions, tips, or comments?
