RPS Umbrella ($30):
Inspired by the farmers doing this on tractors (and the high cost and permanence of a bimini). Only for use at no wake speed and parked. The patio umbrella gives shade to stern seating and RPS. It cost only $25 (regularly $50 at Pier 1) plus $5 for hardware and 1.25" chair tips. Sawed off the end of the pole and the chair tips so they would slide up the pole. The hardware is secured in the pic by a shoestring - haha.

Swim Ladder ($50):
Mentioned this before but never had a pic. This is the West Marine brand ladder. 4-step, 7" hooks. It's easy to fully disassemble and drill new holes for the standoffs. I like the quality of this better than others. The holes let water in but not bad. Works really well.

The stern seats are a little pricey at REI but really sturdy. They sit low and have a breathable mesh back and seat. Should only be used in picnic cruise conditions.
