I have a 1978 26' Luger Sailboat that I bought used in 1987 that came with a Holsclaw boat trailer. This trailer was originally supplied by Luger to go with the boat which was a kit type sailboat. It was a single axle with leaf springs and surge brakes. A few years ago i added another axle without brakes to make it ride better. My problem is the brakes, wheel cylinders and bearings on the original axle are now all shot. I managed to get the bearings and seals, but how can i tell what kind of brake linings I need or the wheel cylinders? Thanks for any answers. Chuck B.

Take it to a trailer place, most is universal. |

Holsclaw was made in Evansviile,IN. They are long since closed. Like the previous post stated they are probably universal. If not you may be able to have the shoes relined by a brake supply/rebuilder. |
