Those are not rod holders they are trailer guides,,And as far as i can see its water ready and legal with the all around white anchor light at the right rear |

I wonder if there is a sticker saying "If this Van is a rockin...don't bother knockin!" on it somewhere. Definately should have some dancing bears somewhere and perhaps a little shag carpeting. |

I think that boat belonged to the late Motivational Speaker,Matt Foley who often proclaimed "I live on a van stuck on top of a boat, down by the river!" I miss Matt Foley. http://www.hulu.com/watch/4183/saturday-night-live-down-by-the-river Or something to that effect. |
