According to an article on the World Fishing News (WFN) website, Evinrude and FLW Outdoors have reached an out of court settlement of their dispute involving sponsorship of FLW fishing tournaments.

About three months ago a dispute occurred between Evinrude and FLW Outdoors over sponsorship of tournament fishing events, resulting in FLW filing a law suit against BRP and Evinrude.

FLW is pretty active in the courts lately. They are mentioned pretty prominently in coverage of the ongoing Genmar bankruptcy (Ranger boats). They seem to claim ownership of a certain number of Evinrude and Yamaha outboard motors that are in possession of Genmar Corporation...and want them back.
