Ferdinando	posted 07-19-2010 05:56 PM ET (US)         Went to a boat store in Miami last week (River Marine)(great prices by the way) and saw this lock SS which locks the outboard itself so it won't steer. Think it was around $120.00 dollars. Has anybody used this lock before?

Ferdinando	posted 07-20-2010 03:25 PM ET (US)             Contender, luckily I live in PR, so does my boat and though I can't say that boats are not stolen here but the amount is a lot less. I've been boating for 30 years down here and never had anything stolen, however I sometimes leave the boat overnight at the dock so I thought this would come in handy even if only to help protect the boat a little bit more.
