The hull looks familiar, even the teak on the gunnels but the transom is different.

The gunwales and stern area after the gunwales looks like a 25' Outrage.

It looks to me like it is either a "splashed" Whaler, or just a heavily modified one. The gelcoat is not a factory color, the rub-rail is not right, the railings are different, and obviously the console and seating are different.

It could be that someone restored it and did all that stuff different, but it looks more to me like someone copied the shape of the Whaler hull and built a knock-off.

I vote modfied whaler. You can see the bow bit is a whaler part.

That is a 1981-1986 Outrage 25 with an aftermarket console and leaning post. The bow rail is original but the bow pulpit exertion it has been cut and spliced into it.
