We need the remedy for a hydraulically locked steering. This issues is discussed on page 51 on the Operation & Maintenance Manual for Force Outboards.

The remedy is to remove the four mounting bolts for the motor and apply sternward pressure to the motor in deep water.

Ditch the hydraulic steering, use cable and pulley
