RENTER	posted 09-11-2010 08:46 PM ET (US)         Looking at a fuel tank thru the access hole in the floor for fuel line connections, how can you tell the difference between fiberglass or polyethylene? The tank color is brown and a some what smooth finish. Any info appreciated. Thanks

Tom W Clark	posted 09-12-2010 12:39 AM ET (US)             If your boat is a Whaler (you don't say what you have), and it has a built-in fuel tank, then the tank is not made of fiberglass.
