That's a high compliment from Jimh - Montauk pods are being sighted in southern waters. |

Let's get a bunch of CW members to buy or timeshare a condo in Palm Beach. Here's an example of a place for $29,900. Warren |

That's right and cool there too except for tomaine, botulism, typhoid, swamp rats with rabies, antrax, nuclear waste, alligators that eat dogs and that' why stuff is cheap. Do you have that stuff in California, Chuck? |

I know it's a little off topic, except that two Whalers live there....The restoration helped greatly by this sight. But if you send me an E-mail I will give you the scoop. Thanks, Russ |

I've been out here in Long beach California doing sea trials on Willard Rhibs. I've never boated out here in So. Cal. before, but all I can say is...WOW! Whalers are very well represented out here, lots of new Brunswick whalers are at the pleasure boat docks, but a large number of older Nauset/Montauk hulls are doing the waterfront work. I don't know if the ownwer is on this site or not, but I saw a vintage 21' banana smooth sided whaler with twin late model Mercs on it, the hull below the smirk looked like it was painted a different darker color. She heading out of Long Beach harbor yesterday (Wednesday, 12/15), I passed it going in the opposite direction. I wondered if it was one of you guys. |
