posted 08-17-2011 07:27 AM ET (US)         We departed the new boat ramp at the foot of the northside of theRadio Island bridge at 7am for a trip offshore but mother nature got us again. Winds a blowing but my 1st and only mate had a great day on the water fishing for spanish, Here's some video nothing to do with fishing but has some views of the new ramp and some AIS stuff.
