I'm out here in Southern California.
There is really no aluminum trailer manufacturers out here.
The one I found who will do make one wants over $4K for one.
That is out of my price range.
Does anyone have any other suggestions that may be cheaper?
I would like a welded aluminum trailer w/ torsion axles, oil bathe (type) hubs, aluminum wheels with spare tire carrier, and LED lights.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

There are numerous aluminum trailer manufactures in Florida. They are all float on trailers, I had one under my 24' Aquasport years ago. There are no welds, everything is bolted.

I have found very few aluminum trailers for a boat as small as a 15. I have a Dauntless 14 that I got a galvanized ShoreLand'r for. I could not find a small enough trailer for my boat. Generally there aren't many advantages to aluminum over galvanized in a trailer that small. There is little if any weight difference and cost of aluminum is generally much higher than galvanized in a small trailer. Larger trailers 2500 pound capacity and up, there are more advantages to aluminum.
BTW, I love my ShoreLand'r. Very adjustable for a truly custom fit. Easy to get parts, though I doubt I will ever need anything replaced.

I have a rolls all aluminum for my outrage 18 love it lite tows
great. had it built then i installed sholts V rollers 16"
