Can anyone tell from this listing if this an 11' whaler or a copy with whaler stickers?

It is not a 11' whaler. It would have a smirk if it was.

Call the number listed in the ad and ask him for the serial number off of the transom.

The first three letters will be the manufacturers code. If it is anything other than BWC, it isn't a whaler.

If you want to know what it is, then go here http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic1.aspx and look it up.

Thanks Plotman, I will do that. I was needing a trailer for my son's sneak boat, so I bought this rig for the trailer. It resembles a whaler from the picture (and I was really hoping I was going to luck up a super deal), but once I laid eyes on the boat, it was obvious it was not a whaler. I am going to check out the serial and use the site you posted to see what she really is. Thanks
