For on the water or out of the water storage? Fisher canvas makes a really sweet cover for long time out of water storage:

Will be my next cover for sure...

I have had two Fisher covers for two boats. They are great products and a good company to work with. My first was traditional canvas and very heavy, but excellent protection. My second, on my next boat, used a sunbrella-like fabric. Nice color and much lighter . Best benefit: every time my wife sees the boat under its winter coat she comments on how much she prefers it to shrink wrap.

I can't speak for Outrage 18, but I'm a huge fan of my "Select Fit" cover by Westland for my Montauk 17. It's durable and keeps the junk out, fits well and cruises down the interstate at 70mph without shifting at all. Westland does make the same cover for your boat also.

I've had three covers from these folks. They have all fit very well and provided long service. The service has been excellent. www.carvercovers.com
