"You're in deep doo-doo when you lose your lower unit hitting a rock."

contender	posted 06-02-2013 11:12 AM ET (US)             The only problem with this, is that some people are very articulate with words or filling out an application (like an Attorney or an English major for example), However, in my world everyone is stupid until proven otherwise (I like to see what they can do/work before making my decision). Writing down some words does not mean he/she can necessarily do the job. The other though on this in todays computers you can have spell check, thesaurus, even can correct you to the proper wording of a subject. I have read that some schools are considering getting away from writing altogether and just use computers. Take care
