Losing weight is simple. Become a vegetarian, although I eat fish and eggs. I lost 35 pounds 4 years ago, without dieting, never put any back and I feel better. Maybe I should resolve to mind my own business, LOL.
Happy new year.

I dropped about 75 pounds by taking up running following a rather minor heat attack. However, after running hard for about twelve years my knees have been advising my to stop doing that to them. Last year the advice became more of a demand so I am no longer a "runner". I miss it. Riding my bicycle is not much of a substitute but perhaps I'll become addicted to that, also.
Happy New Year and good luck with the weight.

Binkster--I think I can notice the change in your personality, too.

My resolution is to use my Whaler at least twice a month starting with the New Year. Although I completely retired last year I did not use my boat as much as I wanted so I'll try and make up for lost time!
Regarding Wt not much of a problem 195 lbs so I'll kind of put off serious exercise (much to my wife's regret).
