I gather from the CT spec page that the transom height of my 1994 Outrage II is 25", but not positive. Anyone chime in on that one? I ask because I'm thinking about repowering with the new Yamaha SHO 150 four stroke, it's based off the new 200 block & apparently has some spark. Only comes in 20" shaft length, hence the question. Anyone run that new Yamaha model?

You'll need an XL (25") shaft engine

25 inch. If you are going to put a greater than 115 HP 4-stroke Yamaha on that boat, put a F150 on it and save yoru money. Unless you are going to run WOT most of the time, there is not much difference between the F150 and F200.
