Wiscbw	posted 03-16-2014 08:34 PM ET (US)         What are the differences between a 1996 Outrage 19 and a 1999 Outrage 20? I plan to order a new cover for my 1996 Outrage 19. I thought this boat was identical to the 1999 Outrage 20. But the 1998 covers have smaller dimensions and are substantially less costly than the 1996 covers. Is the console or railing different?
phatwhaler	posted 03-16-2014 08:41 PM ET (US)             Upholstery is a little different 1996 model has 19 outrage decals instead of 20 outrage 1996 model has a light grey interior gelcoat. Very light 1996 models have black interior plastics Some 1996 models came with OMC power. I think that went away in 1997 Same boat from 1996 to part of 1999.
