Hi all,
I am considering purchasing a stern seat for my 1986 revenge 22 WT (non whaler drive) Currently I have a fold up bench with a pad. There are stainless legs that insert into the floor. The following are the dimensions for a whaler bench seat with higher sides than I currently have. I appreciate any help. Would the following fit? Has anyone removed the crossbar and bench seat in favor of just using the seat? Thank you.

dimensions of seat are 67 1/2” ,25” high and 19” deep.

Brian

I have a bench in my 1985 Revenge 22 and will measure it when I get a chance tomorrow.

I have been considering getting rid of the rear bench and install a folding bench arrangement instead. I would like to be able to gain the room when fishing and have access the live well.

My stern seat base is 64" wide (68" wide at the armrests), 19" high from the floor and 40" to the top of the seat back. I think you could fit a seat as wide as 70" without a problem.

I sat back there while underway for the first time last season while my nephew was driving. I am somewhat torn on replacing it as it is comfortable.

I have an OEM BW stern wrap-around seat for a 22' hull.

Here is the prior ad I posted here on CW: http://continuouswave.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/021426.html

Still available--haven't actively marketed it lately as it is in Seattle and I'm now living in Dallas. email for more info.
