I was recently launching at the town park ramp in St. Marks, Florida, and spotted two young fellows launching a well-sorted-out vintage 13-footer. Turns out is has been in the family since new in 1974 and is on its third generation. They fish it four days a week. Made me feel good about these older classics and the durability of the design and construction. I continue to enjoy my SUPER SPORT 15 and classic Montauk.--Art

My father purchased a 1962 13-foot Boston Whaler brand new for me and my brothers. My brother still has it and uses it.
