Hi all, new to the site and I am impressed with the knowledge available here. My question regards a missing latch on my newly acquired 1991 Guardian 19. It is the starboard console console compartment. It is an aluminum frame and door. There is a rectangular indentation where it looks like a popup L handle should go. A keyed lever is on the surface below it so ican secure the hatch but would like to find the handle that goes there. I see no manufacturer name on the hatch and have looked around the internet with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

We had the same handles on our Guardian. You might be able to find something at an industrial truck or tractor supply place to replace the handle.
Instead of replacing ours, we cut the old handles and locks out and installed new stainless slam latches.

Thanks for the help Jeff. Great idea to try a tractor or truck supply. Great looking Guardian too! Looks like you put in a lot of work.

Jeff, did your Guardian have the Tow Bar and engine guard? I am attempting to remove them from mine and seem to have everything loose but they won't budge.
