Just thought I'd post some updated photos of my latest restoration project. I still have some odds and ends to tidy up (can you guess what they are?!?) but I'm pretty happy with the way she turned out.
Many thanks to those who have supplied OEM parts, especially Tom Clark who has been a considerable help with this project.

It looks great! Why do you have a dual binnacle control with a single engine?

I have that same boat and just put a F150 on it 3 weeks ago along with new steering and I think I have fallen in love. Peace

George, the previous owner removed the kicker, but left the rigging, so I'm keeping it around in case I feel like installing a kicker. Mike, I know EXACTLY how you feel :-)

Wow! Classic Outrage 18 with a near new Yamaha F150, all restored by a knowledgeable and dedicated Whaler owner.

That ought to be worth a small fortune in deep-pocketed San Francisco.

Man I love those 18s with the teak gunwales all polished up.

Great job. Let us know how that Yammie performs should get great cruise mileage

Hey Neighbor! That looks awesome! I would only add some fish scales and dried blood to make it perfect ;-)

I thought I saw her when I was headed out of Clipper the other day....Looking Good Rob!

Very nice Rob!

I hope you and Mike can both publish some performance numbers for us at some point.

Thanks.

Sooo, the title of the album has "For Sale" in it. Flipp'n or keep'n? Just keep it long enough for me to get back out there and use it on the bay ; ).

None the less it look great Rob. Really a great find. Too bad Karl already found a Montauk eh?

Everything is for sale, fellas...except for Alice. I kinda went off the "flip" for $$ program when I ordered new Beckson deck plates, fuel fill hose, OEM cooler cleats, OEM seats, bilge cover, under gunnel rod holders, mooring cover, dash panels, bimini, cushions, and slathered multiple coats of Daily's on the brightwork. Tom Clark has personally guilted me into returning this one to original. Bastard.

3000 rpm - 26 mph. 4500 - 36mph. 5000 - 41 mph. 5500 - 43 mph . Scared to try any more. 1/2 tank of gas, 3 batteries, troll motor myself. Speed off GPS. Engine mounted and prop as per Tom Clark although not what dealer suggested. Peace
