Hello--I'm Italian. Recently I found a Temptation 2200 not in very good condition. I'm looking information, pictures, and layout about your Temptation. Furthermore I have a problem with the front glass. Where can I find a spare part as replacement?
I'm asking you,your opinion about this boat since in Italy I think this is a unique piece. Thanking you in advance for your precious help. Kind regards,

to see some images of a TEMPTATION 2500. They should be similar to your boat. The general configuration is the same, but your hull is not quite as wide and is about 2-feet shorter.
I think the windshield might have been made by TaylorMade in the USA. Their customer service department should know, if you can get someone there who has experience back to the 1980's. It will probably be easier and less expensive to obtain replacement glass for the windshield from a local source.

And, Raf, fix that Temptation 2200 so it looks like new. Then you can have a bunch of beautiful Italian women on the boat and send us some pictures!

IS THERE ANYBODY THAT OWNS THIS KIND OF BOAT SO THAT I CAN GET INFORMATIONS ABOUT CERTIFICATIONS, ENGINEE POWER. THE MODEL IS FROM 1987 WITH 400 HP ON LABEL. IF SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME HIS OWN MAIL I CAN SEND SOME PICTURES, SO THAT YOU CAN ADVISE ME IF IT IS POSSIBLE AND WISE TO RESTORE IT.

The original Boston Whaler Temptation brochure has excellent information in it including pictures, specs and an option page on the 2000, 2200 and the 2500 Temptations.
I'd be glad to mail you a color copy of it (no charge) - just e-mail me your name and mailing address.

I agree you are very kind , you have to apologize but it is already difficult to write in english ...then find info in Italy of the temptation is almost impossible.... to will arrive 2 or 3 i don't know for what reason.
For this I ask info to holders on how to etc.

thanks guys ... if do you have an idea is is possible put on temptation 2 engines... and why not 'widespread this boat?

The Boston Whaler Temptation brochure shows pictures for a 2 engine application and shaft lengths needed are in the specs.
Not sure my e-mail got through to you, but just e-mail me your name and mailing address in Italy and I'd be glad to mail you a color copy of the brochure (via the US Post Office).

Raf...I have a Temptation 2500, similar to yours buy slightly larger. I have rebuilt most everything on the boat, including all of the seats and can offer pics of the process. The original upholstery was not particularly well made and can be improved upon, but it will take some time, and craftsmanship.
There is no accurate templates on rebuilding things like the rear seats...each one is likely slightly different because Whaler had to alter the bilge area after the fact to install the rear seating. I will forward some pics of the process to your e-mail.

thanks to everybody... if some person had impressions information on this boat also tells it considering that for one year I cannot use it because in restore or if you had photo or ideas you also send her to mcommerciale@libero.it.
But is it true that the boston are mythical?
Particularly where I can find the curv anterior glass....
