Four years ago I post a topic "Hard top for 205 conquest". I asked if anyone has a hard top in their 205 Eastport or Conquest and I got an answer from sealion143: "I have asked around and have found that there was only one made. Acutally, it was on a 205 Eastport. Hmmm, I would agree that this would be a rare otpion for a 205." Now I have finally found one with hard top. It is for sale in Australia. Please check the following link: http://www.boatsales.com.au/boats-for-sale/boatdetails.aspx?R=16037098&Silo=Stock&Vertical=Boat&Ridx=0&eapi=2 Does anyone have an idea if this is originally made by BW? It looks very nice. I have already asked from seller if they know something about the history of this boat and especially the hard top but haven't got any details yet.

What a great looking hard top and pipe work... Whoever made it did a fantastic job... I have a 1990 Revenge 22 W/T and would very much like to put a small hard top on her... Passing through the windshield would be a bit of a challenge but I could adapt... Norm |

That is custom job . You can tell because everything else around the boat is also custom ( blue vinyl side bolsters , engine well bait table ). Dont bother looking for whaler hard top - if it was ever made it will be in access of 7-8 K . If you live anywhere state of Delaware take a look at Ttops LLC website and job that Fritz does. He will make you anything you wont with soft of fiberglass top and his price will be way better than any factory. He made T top for my 210 outrage that is better looking than factory one . Fritz is a true master of his craft and his jobs are work of art. I recommended few people to him and they were all more than satisfied. |

Norm-just visit Fritz website and look for photo gallery-he has hundreds of photos of completed projects. Again I have never seen better metal fabricator anywhere and took me about 6 months to find somebody like him.I drove 4 hours from NJ each way twice because I wanted only the best for my boat. He takes only 1 boat per week and is completely dedicated to your boat that week. He will discuss with you all your need, desires, concerns and draw you on paper what he think is the best for your boat.He will also hide any holes from handrails or anything that could be incorporated in T top or hard top looking natural. He also runs all electronics and wiring for anchor light, flood light ,GPS or whatever you have or want up there. And best part is that his pricing is way better than factory or any tri-state area local metal shop. My T top with soft sunbrela canvas -4 gold rod holders,2 flood lights, anchor light, custom flag pole was under 3 K including tax . |
